Special Features: The slender right hand of the Buddha is the epitome of grace and beauty. Each finger is elongated giving each the hand a slight and delicate feel. In the center of the palm is an open lotus flower. The detailed cuff of the Buddhas robes are included in the piece. Their is a hole in the back of the piece where you fix a nail to hang the piece. The hand is light weight so their should not be a problem hanging the hand.
The right hand of the Buddha is in the Vitarka Mudra; This gesture is also called "discussion" mudra. In this gesture the tips of thumb and index finger touched forming a circle. All the other fingers are extended upwards. This is the mystic gesture of Taras and Bodhisattvas.
