This granite Garden statue is a one of a kind sculpture, hand carved by the artists of south India using a hammer and chisel.
Special Features: A beautiful sculpture! The piece is fully carved with the same amount of detail on the back of the piece as in the front. Shakti is seated in a relaxed, comfortable, exposed posture wearing only leggings and jewelry. She explodes with sensuality! Her necklace is beautiful. It hangs around her neck then wraps between her breasts and flows around her sides and up her back to end up attached to the halo in the back of her head. Her headdress is simple yet beautiful. All her skin is hand polished with a soft stone giving it a darker appearance. this contrasts with the light gray of Her clothing and jewelry. Boga Shakti is the form Parvati takes before entering the inner sanctum of the temple with her lover Shiva. Boga meaning pleasure and Shakti meaning energy she thus is a very potent force of sexuality.
