"I
have a growing collection of wonderful statues from Lotus Sculpture.
I return again and again because of the quality, and the
affordability, but most of all because of what I can only call the
spirit of each piece. The owner, Kyle, has exquisite taste and by
buying a piece from him I know I am supporting artists that love
what they do, and the love shows in what they make. So all I can say
is, I love Lotus Sculpture!"

this Shiva painting.
This Hindu painting is one of a kind, hand painted by the artists of Rajastehan, India.
Special Features: Shiva is standing wearing a snake skin cloth with his right hand in the abhaya mudra or "no fear" posture as His palm is completely open. He is wearing Rudraksha beads around his neck. Shiva has a cobra perched on his left shoulder. The cobras symbolizes the power He has over the most deadly of creatures. Snakes are also used to symbolize the Hindu dogma of reincarnation. Their natural process of molting or shedding their skin is symbolic of the human souls transmigration of bodies from one life to another. He is holding a trident which has a dhamru or drum attached towards the top of it. Nandi lays in the grass field behind him watching his every move.
Care & Framing: Do not let the painting have any contact with liquids. Painting can be displayed as is, it does not come framed. You could elect to take it to a local framing store or ask your local photo studio for suggestions.
